As a valued Christian Yang client we offer you 14 days to change your mind on any purchase(s) from our retail Collection or from this website.

To qualify for this, you must return the items (at your cost) in its original and unused condition accompanied by the packaging and instructions and guarantees (where appropriate). Please note that earrings can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. Due to "Health & Safety" laws earrings have to be returned in sealed packaging unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
All returned items are inspected to ensure that it has not been used, and fall within Christian Yang 14 day ‘No Quibble’ Refund Guarantee. You will be refunded in the same way that you paid for the product, so if you paid by credit/debit card we shall ensure it is refunded to the full amount, we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.
We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible mostly within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed if you paid by credit or debit card. We are a customer focused business and will work with you to overcome any difficulties with returns & refunds, so please talk to us if you need assistance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For any special order product that is highlighted with an SPL notation are non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing fault. This is because it will have been made to your specific requirements therefore cannot be resold. This complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returning Items

To guarantee safe delivery of your product, we recommend that you return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured, and you will have a tracking number to refer to whilst your goods are in transit (please keep this number safe should there be a problem). Remember, the cost of returned items is borne by you.

As a consumer, you have extensive rights when it comes to returns and cancellations. For example, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 7 days after the goods come into your possession as a result of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. This is to ensure that you are totally happy with your purchase, which is why it only applies after you have taken delivery of the order.
